Job summary

Unite Group's Unite Students brand invites you to join a friendly Student Experience Team in Manchester. Working 15 hours per week over two days, you’ll welcome residents, resolve issues quickly and support community events.

You’ll collaborate with the Student Experience Team Leader, housekeeping, facilities and Resident Ambassadors to create a warm, safe, and inclusive home for students throughout every day.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in hospitality or retail.
• Warm, approachable communicator with strong listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond to student feedback and direct to the right support.
• Support sales through viewings and handling enquiries.
• Help deliver community events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for residents.
• Coordinate with day and night teams for seamless service.
• Support wellbeing matters and take action when needed.
• Be a brand ambassador, living CARE principles: Connect, Act, Respect, Encourage.
