Job summary

Unite Group, operating Hello Student, is seeking a part-time Student Experience Team Member in Nottingham to welcome students, respond to inquiries, and support a vibrant campus community. You will work closely with teams to resolve issues, host viewings, and help organise events that make residents feel at home.

You will join a values-driven team and contribute to a warm, safe environment where students connect, grow, and thrive within our student accommodation communities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, ideally from hospitality or retail.
• Warm, caring and approachable communication with students.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities for handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly front of house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond quickly to student feedback and guide to appropriate support.
• Support sales through property viewings, enquiries, and housing events.
• Organise and deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
