Job summary

Unite Group, through Unite Students, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member in Nottingham. You will be the friendly face for residents, delivering a warm welcome, handling enquiries, and supporting events to create a vibrant student community.

37.5 hours per week, permanent contract, salary £26,500 per year. You'll work with the Student Experience Team Leader, housekeeping, facilities, and ambassadors to ensure a safe, inclusive environment and drive bookings.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and welcoming approach to students.
• Friendly, approachable and patient communication with diverse groups.
• Experience in hospitality or retail helps create positive student experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet students at front desk and build rapport.
• Address feedback and guide students to support channels.
• Assist with viewings, inquiries, and campus events.
• Support community-building activities with ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with day and night teams for smooth handovers.
