Job summary

Unite Group is seeking a Student Experience Team Member for Hello Student brand. Be the friendly face that makes every student feel at home and help create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where residents feel supported and valued.

Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, five days out of seven, with weekend rota shifts. You will collaborate with the team to ensure positive everyday experiences for students.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in student housing is preferred.

You’ll work closely with your Student Experience Team Leader, peers, housekeeping, facilities, and Resident Ambassadors to create positive everyday experiences.

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.
