Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking a Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant within the School of Natural Sciences to support course unit setup, registrations, and curriculum-related enquiries. Responsibilities

• Support course unit set-up and maintenance in University systems and learning environments.
• Assist with course unit selection and student registrations, ensuring timely processing.
• Contribute to quality-assurance processes and accreditation or online/blended learning support.
• Respond to curriculum-related enquiries via the School hub and escalate when needed.
• Provide general administrative support including meetings, minute-taking, record-keeping, and cross-team collaboration.
