Job summary

Diversity Dashboard is seeking an education policy professional to support development, implementation and monitoring of university education policies and priorities. You will provide guidance on teaching, learning and quality assurance, and help programme development and review to align with internal and external requirements.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience and current knowledge of quality assurance, programme enhancement, education development, or teaching and learning policy and practice in a Faculty or comparable setting.
  • Experience of contributing to the development and implementation of policy or procedure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, together with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience of developing guidance, resources or training for colleagues.

Job description

You will be responsible for:


  • Supporting the development, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of University and Faculty education policies, procedures and strategic priorities.

  • Providing clear advice, guidance and training on teaching, learning and quality assurance matters.

  • Supporting programme development, approval, enhancement and review, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.

About You
