Job summary

Unite Group, operating under the Unite Students brand, is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to welcome students, support daily living, and help create a community at Horizon Heights. You’ll work closely with the team to resolve issues and deliver events that enhance the student experience.

This permanent, part-time role offers 15 hours per week with two days of work, including mornings to evenings, and a salary of £10,600 per annum plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, ideally with a background in hospitality or retail.
• Warm, caring, and approachable; confident in communicating with students.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and resolve issues quickly.
• Ability to connect with people and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly front-of-house reception and build rapport with students.
• Respond to student feedback and guide them to the right support.
• Support sales through viewings, enquiries, and university/housing events.
• Help deliver community-building events with Resident Ambassadors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept environment for residents.
