TeacherActive is working with a mainstream secondary school based in South Birmingham to appoint a dedicated Attendance Officer. The post is full-time and long-term, Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 15:30/16:00, with a daily rate of £110 - £150.

The Attendance Officer will monitor attendance, follow up absences, maintain accurate records and support safeguarding alongside pastoral teams. Essential: GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), experience in school attendance or pastoral support, and

Competenze

• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in school attendance, administration or pastoral support.
• Familiarity with school MIS systems (SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom).
• Good safeguarding knowledge and attendance policy understanding.
• Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
