Job summary

East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon) are seeking an Admissions and Customer Services Officer to support applicants, process enrolments and manage bursary applications, delivering a welcoming learner experience.

You will use Excel and other digital systems to handle data accurately, provide outstanding customer service to students, parents and stakeholders, and help guide applicants through every step of the journey.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong Excel and IT skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with databases, data management or digital systems.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for supporting students and delivering excellent service.
• GCSE Maths & English or Level 2 equivalent.
