Job summary

East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon) are seeking an Admissions and Customer Services Officer to support applicants, process enrolments and manage bursary applications, delivering a welcoming learner experience.

You will use Excel and other digital systems to handle data accurately, provide outstanding customer service to students, parents and stakeholders, and help guide applicants through every step of the journey.

Hours: Full time (37 hours/week) 08:45-17:00 Mon - Fri

We're looking for an enthusiastic Admissions & Customer Officer to join our friendly team and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional learner experience. From supporting applicants and processing enrolments to managing bursary applications and providing outstanding customer service, you'll be at the heart of every student's journey.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and data. You'll be confident using Excel, managing information accurately, and navigating digital systems, while providing a professional and welcoming service to students, parents, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience working with databases, data management, or digital systems.
