Job summary

John Ruskin College is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions & Customer Officer to join our team at Croydon and Redhill campuses. You’ll support applicants, process enrolments and manage bursary applications while delivering outstanding customer service to students, parents and stakeholders.

You’ll need strong Excel and IT skills, experience with databases or digital systems, and an eye for detail. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary and staff benefits including
