Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to ensure planned, permitted and delivered works meet current legislation and client requirements. You will raise permits and notices, monitor conditions, and coordinate activities to minimise public disruption and keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include managing variations and extensions, liaising with authorities and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in streetworks, permits or coordination role.
• Good understanding of NRSWA requirements and associated legislation.
• Experience with Aurora (Symology) or similar system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing permits and notices in line with NRSWA requirements.
• Monitor permit conditions and ensure works occur on approved dates/times.
• Coordinate works to minimise disruption to the public and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate permit, notice and activity records with regular updates.
