The Clancy Group Limited is seeking an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join our operations team in the UK. You will manage permits, coordinate with highways authorities and colleagues to keep projects on track.

The role requires strong streetworks administration experience, proficiency with Depotnet and Aurora, and solid Microsoft Office skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and support change within the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in streetworks administration.
• Confident in fast-paced environments; able to manage planned and reactive tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Send permit notifications to highways authorities within legal timeframes.
• Monitor Depotnet queues to ensure starts, stops and reinstatement registrations are completed as required.
• Complete daily housekeeping checks in Depotnet and Aurora to ensure permits are actioned correctly.
• Track work progress from start to completion, ensuring updates are recorded and communicated.
• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues within operations to provide timely resolutions.
• Process, raise and close traffic management notices, permits, footway and road closures.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to support compliant, smooth service delivery.
