Qualifications

• Extensive streetworks administration experience.
• Confident in fast-paced environments with deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Sending permit notifications to highways authorities within legal timeframes.
• Monitoring queues in Depotnet to ensure starts, stops and reinstatement registrations are completed.
• Completing daily housekeeping checks within Depotnet and Aurora to ensure permits are actioned.
• Tracking work progress from start to completion and communicating updates.
• First point of contact for operations colleagues, providing timely resolutions.
• Processing, raising and closing traffic management requests, including notices, permits, footway and road closures.
• Collaborating with teams across departments to support service delivery and compliance.
