Job summary

The Clancy Group is seeking an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will support permit notifications, track progress, and coordinate traffic management through Depotnet and Aurora with a focus on compliance and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have extensive streetworks administration experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in streetworks administration within utilities/engineering.
• Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments and manage planned/reactive work to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Send permit notifications to highways authorities within legal timeframes.
• Monitor queues in Depotnet to ensure starts, stops and reinstatement registrations are completed.
• Perform daily housekeeping checks in Depotnet and Aurora to ensure permits are actioned.
• Track work progress from start to finish and communicate updates.
• Act as first point of contact for operations, resolving queries promptly.
• Process, raise, and close traffic management notices, permits, footway and road closures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support service delivery and compliance.
