Job summary

Lanes Group is recruiting a Streetworks Coordinator for Sapphire Traffic Management Solutions to administer streetworks permits and notices in accordance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 and NRSWA. You will coordinate streetworks across the area and work with scheduling teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role involves managing the Street Works Register for planning, liaising with internal stakeholders, booking in jobs, data entry and handling queries along with general administration.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with permits and notices on Street Manager or similar.
• Computer literate and able to demonstrate a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate streetworks across the area.
• Operate the Street Works Register for planning of works and events.
• Work with Scheduling teams to enable operational delivery.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and internal stakeholders.
• Book jobs on the Big Change system.
• Perform data entry and handle queries.
• Carry out general administration duties.
