Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Transformation Analyst to turn data into clear insights that shape transformation strategy and inform investment decisions. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to gather information and produce evidence-based recommendations.

The role focuses on benefits tracking, business case development, portfolio reporting and delivering impactful, accessible reports and presentations that support prioritisation and delivery across transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and insights to support transformation, business improvement or strategic initiatives.
• Understanding of business analysis, benefits realisation and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather information, build relationships and challenge constructively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong analytical capability, including experience with large datasets, advanced Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of KPI development, performance measurement and benefits tracking.
• A proactive, evidence-led and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• A curious mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Analysing data and insights to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement
• Partnering with stakeholders to gather information and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Supporting the development of business cases, benefits tracking and transformation initiatives
• Providing analysis to support portfolio prioritisation, reporting and decision-making
