Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Reward Adviser to join its Group Reward team. You will help support activities that shape how colleagues are rewarded across diverse businesses while building specialist skills in job evaluation, benchmarking, and annual pay processes.

Working with HR, Finance and Payroll, you will deliver reports, support governance records, and assist with annual pay reviews and bonus programmes. A strong eye for detail and a desire to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Reward.
• Experience in HR, Payroll or Analytics is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• prepare reports and insights that support decision-making
• contribute to salary benchmarking and external survey activity
• coordinate job evaluation processes and maintaining governance records
• support annual pay review and bonus programmes
• assist with projects that improve how Reward services are delivered
• helping ensure information is accurate, complete and well managed.
