Job summary
YTL UK is seeking a Data and Performance Analyst to analyse regulatory performance measures, customer feedback and wholesale performance, turning data into clear insights and dashboards. You'll support annual performance reporting, audit tables and regulator requests, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time.
You will maintain checks, reconciliations and documentation to support auditability and reporting confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capability and problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel data manipulation, validation and analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query and QlikView.
- Clear written reports and presentations.
- High attention to detail and deadline driven.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and compliance mindset.
- Desirable: MS SQL/data querying.
- Desirable: AI natural language modelling tools.
- Desirable: degree in analytical/IT discipline.
Responsibilities
- Analyse performance data and turn into insights and dashboards.
- Support regulatory reporting, annual audit tables and regulator requests.
- Maintain checks, reconciliations and documentation for auditability.
- Identify data quality issues affecting reporting or compliance.
- Analyse performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Automate recurring reporting and improve self-service insights.
- Provide analysis on non-household income and wholesale market performance.
