Job summary

YTL UK is seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead complex transformation programmes across our businesses, partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver meaningful change that drives performance. You will turn strategic priorities into actionable plans, manage governance and risks, and track benefits while fostering engagement and continuous improvement within the Transformation Team.

Qualifications

• experience leading transformation, business improvement or organisational change programmes
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn strategy into practical solutions
• knowledge of programme delivery, governance, risk management and change methodologies
• experience defining, tracking and delivering measurable business benefits
• the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• experience producing executive-level reports and recommendations.
