Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Transformation Analyst to turn data into clear insights that shape transformation strategy and inform investment decisions. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to gather information and produce evidence-based recommendations.

The role focuses on benefits tracking, business case development, portfolio reporting and delivering impactful, accessible reports and presentations that support prioritisation and delivery across transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing data and insights to support transformation, business improvement or strategic initiatives.
• Understanding of business analysis, benefits realisation and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather information, build relationships and challenge constructively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Strong analytical capability, including experience with large datasets, advanced Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
• Knowledge of KPI development, performance measurement and benefits tracking.
• A proactive, evidence-led and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• A curious mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development.

We're looking for a naturally curious and analytical Transformation Analyst to provide the insight, evidence and analysis that helps shape transformation strategy, informs investment decisions and demonstrates the value delivered through our transformation portfolio.

What you'll do

As a Transformation Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse and interpret information that supports strategic decision-making and drives meaningful change.

Your responsibilities will include:

• analysing data and insights to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement
