Job summary

YTL UK is seeking an HR Improvements Lead to join the People team on a two-year fixed-term contract. You will drive transformation initiatives across the HR Service Centre, focusing on processes, data quality and employee experience.

You will work with HR, Payroll, Resourcing and IT to scope and deliver improvements, apply AI where appropriate, and ensure benefits are tracked and realised.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, shared services or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle administration.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Clear communication and ability to explain complex info simply.
• Knowledge of data protection, employment law and HR policies.
• Degree-level qualification; CIPD Level 5 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support HR transformation projects and process reviews.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes and reduce manual work.
• Shape AI usage by improving content and user journeys.
• Use data to identify trends and propose improvements to service delivery.
• Lead data quality activities and implement controls.
• Review HR letters, templates and guidance for clarity.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and other stakeholders on improvements.
• Support change initiatives through planning, testing and implementation.
• Track progress and benefits of improvement activities.
• Provide flexible support across the People team.
