Job summary

RELX invites a Talent & Capability professional to translate strategy into practical processes and insights across a global organisation. You will connect T&C expertise with delivery teams, ensuring talent, performance and learning approaches are applied and measurable.

You will partner with HR Technology and AI teams, define data requirements, governance and reporting, and drive scalable, impact-focused solutions that underpin business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Practical talent and capability experience in talent reviews, succession and performance management.
• Experience translating specialist needs into process designs, data requirements and delivered solutions.
• Experience coordinating business and technical projects or workstreams with governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with central specialists and divisional T&C teams to define problems, outcomes and success measures.
• Identify shared needs and prioritise work by value, risk and capacity.
• Define and improve employee lifecycle processes including talent reviews and calibration.
• Translate talent approaches into workflows, data requirements and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR Technology and AI teams to coordinate requirements and testing through handover.
