Job summary

RELX is seeking a Head Talent Partner to lead Talent & Capability (T&C) for the RX business. You will own the delivery of the T&C COE strategy, align with divisional priorities, and integrate talent solutions into business goals with HR leadership.

You will also shape a high-value RX talent narrative and collaborate across RELX-wide initiatives. You will drive leadership development, elevate manager capability, and ensure a strong talent pipeline while partnering with HR leadership to address

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration or Organisational Development.
10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management and organisational development.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.
Working knowledge of Workday.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement Talent and Capability approaches that support RX’s business objectives.
Demonstrate commercial acumen and articulate RX’s businesses and drivers.
Advocate and implement RELX leadership and development programs within RX.
Represent RX needs in RELX-wide Talent & Capability discussions and ensure high-value outcomes.
Promote a culture of continuous growth, using data to monitor the impact of talent initiatives.
Coordinate RELX Talent Review activities with business leaders and HR partners to identify critical positions and succession pipelines.
Drive a culture of feedback and recognition to support strong employee experiences, across global HR.
