Job summary

RELX Group's Talent and Capability COE Leadership Team seeks a Head Talent Partner to lead the delivery of the COE strategy for the RX business and HR leadership, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities and building a strong talent pipeline.

You will partner with RX executives to drive leadership development, succession planning, and high-performance culture, leveraging data and Workday to refine talent solutions across geographies.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in talent management, performance management, and organisational development.
• Experience leading large-scale talent initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the T&C COE strategy aligned with divisional priorities.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning across RX.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders across geographies to embed talent solutions.
• Promote leadership development programs to elevate manager capability.
• Manage training budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Drive data-driven talent initiatives using metrics and insights.
