Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Head Talent Partner to lead the Talent & Capability COE for the RX business. You will partner with HR leadership to deliver the COE strategy, align with divisional priorities, and ensure talent initiatives drive business performance.

You will collaborate across geographies, advocate leadership development programs, and shape a high-performance RX culture with a strong talent pipeline for future leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or organisational development.
• 10+ years of progressive talent management and organisational development experience.
• Proven track record developing and implementing talent strategies.
• Experience with Workday for HR processes.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Talent & Capability approaches aligning with RX business objectives.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen to articulate RX growth drivers and capability needs.
• Promote and implement RELX leadership programs within RX to elevate manager capability.
• Coordinate RELX Talent Review activities with business leaders to identify critical roles and succession readiness.
• Drive a culture of feedback and recognition to improve performance and employee experience.
• Partner with global HR to align strategies and optimize training spend.
