The role links specialist T&C expertise with delivery teams to embed talent, performance and learning approaches in practice and to understand and improve their impact. The position involves partnering with central specialists to define problems, prioritise work by value and drive governance of talent & capability initiatives across a multinational setup.

Qualifications

• Practical talent and capability experience including talent reviews, succession, potential and performance management, plus learning and capability development.
• Experience translating specialist needs into process designs, data requirements and delivered solutions in a complex, multinational setup.
• Experience coordinating business and technical projects or workstreams, including requirements, prioritisation, testing, and handover.
• Experience developing or using decision-support reporting with data quality considerations.
• Strong business and technical translation, analysis, judgement, partnership and delivery discipline.
• Able to challenge solutions and balance value, usability, effort and risk across teams.
• Experience with Visier or similar analytics tools, talent and learning platforms, AI-enabled coaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with central specialists and divisional T&C teams to define problems, outcomes, user needs and success measures.
• Translate talent, succession, performance and learning principles into process, data and solution requirements.
• Identify shared needs, recommend reusable approaches and prioritise by value, risk and capacity.
• Define and improve employee lifecycle processes including EP, RELX OTR and talent reviews.
• Convert talent approaches into workflows, guidance and data requirements for talent pooling, succession and performance calibration.
• Use feedback to improve usability and consistency, partnering with Operations and Automation teams to simplify processes.
• Act as central T&C contact for HR Technology and AI development teams, coordinating requirements and handover.
• Define delivery, usage, talent and business outcome measures with clear definitions and reporting.
• Support or lead governance for T&C solutions with documentation and reviews.
• Assess AI-enabled approaches for suitability, transparency and alignment with RELX talent principles.
