Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United Kingdom seeks a Head Talent Partner to lead Talent & Capability (T&C) strategies for the RX business. You will partner with HR leadership to drive capability, performance, and leadership development aligning with divisional priorities.

You will also represent the COE on divisional HR leadership, ensuring talent solutions are integrated into business goals and performance, while collaborating across global HR to deliver a high-value employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management and organisational development
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement Talent and Capability approaches
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and articulate RX business drivers
• Advocate and implement RELX leadership programs within RX to elevate manager capability
• Represent RX in RELX Talent & Capability discussions and initiatives
• Ensure outcomes are relevant, accessible, and high-value with a compelling RX narrative
• Promote a culture of continuous growth and curiosity
• Use data and metrics to monitor talent initiatives within RX
• Coordinate RELX Talent Review activities with business leaders and HR partners
