YouLend is building the leading embedded finance platform for small businesses, partnering with major platforms and expanding across the UK, Europe and the US. The Strategy Lead will own a portfolio of growth priorities, work with Product, Risk, Data and Partnerships, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience solving difficult commercial or strategic problems.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel and modelling.
• Good judgement across growth, pricing, risk and customer experience.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous problems from analysis to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities across high-value growth opportunities for YouLend.
• Lead growth plans and performance improvements for major partners.
• Shape lending initiatives across renewals, pricing and customer journeys.
• Build business cases for new products, markets and partnerships.
• Evaluate trade-offs between growth, risk, margins and customer experience.
• Lead initiatives from analysis through to implementation and impact.
• Present clear recommendations to leadership and partners.
