Lendable is building technology to transform credit and savings. In the UK Loans team, you will work on pricing, funnel performance and new product development in collaboration with credit and product teams.

The role focuses on analytics, pricing strategy, and data-driven decision making within a fast-growing fintech environment. Hybrid working applies, with some in-office days to collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in an analytical or product-facing role, ideally within a financial technology environment.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools as part of your everyday workflow to accelerate analysis and research.
• Confident communicator and contributes effectively within a team environment.
• Self-driven and willing to take ownership of specific tasks and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Work on pricing, funnel performance and new product development in collaboration with credit and product teams.
• Learn the domain of products the company serves; understand data that informs strategy.
• Frame ambiguous problems clearly, break them down into testable questions and structured analyses.
• Research and propose improvements to pricing strategies and support development of new products and features.
• Clearly communicate results to stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
