Job summary

YouLend Limited is seeking a Head of Strategy and Transformation to lead a major operations transformation. You will own the 2-3 year TOM, govern cross-functional change, and translate business needs into technical requirements, partnering closely with Engineering and Product teams.

You will manage a team of analysts, drive automation pilots, and ensure change adoption through effective stakeholder communication and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading strategy, transformation or portfolio/programme management within an operations environment.
• Strong ability to translate frontline needs into clear requirements for Technology/Product teams.
• Demonstrated leadership of small to mid-size teams and cross-functional groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve YouLend’s 2-3 year Operations Target Operating Model (TOM) and delivery roadmap.
• Govern the cross-functional change portfolio, ensuring business cases and benefits tracking.
• Translate frontline pain points into prioritised requirements and user stories for Technology.
• Lead the innovation pipeline, piloting automation opportunities and scaling successful pilots.
• Oversee change adoption, including stakeholder comms, training and embedding initiatives.
• Represent Operations in Technology roadmap conversations and ensure proper resourcing.
• Define operating agreements with Engineering on backlog prioritisation and capacity.
