Lendable is a leading fintech startup focused on delivering fast, data-driven credit products. We are seeking an analytical, commercially-minded Senior Strategy Analyst to tackle pricing, forecasting, growth, credit risk, new product development and product analytics.

You will work cross-functionally to optimize performance, drive responsible growth, and place the customer at the heart of decision-making. The role offers hybrid working with a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role (Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics, Marketing, etc.).
• Proficiency in coding - SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Drive promotions and pricing strategy with data-driven analysis and experimentation.
• Build insight into marketing campaign and conversion funnel performance to improve cost and conversion efficiency.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance, delivering actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
