Job summary

Lenkie, a London-based fintech, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive company-wide strategy, align priorities, support fundraising, and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with the leadership team to translate strategy into actionable plans and metrics.

The role offers broad impact across pricing, product, partnerships, and performance reporting, with a fast-paced startup environment and potential for significant ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a related analytical role.
• Experience in financial services or fintech startup preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting fundraising processes (debt and/or equity) is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and dashboarding/BI tools to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership and investors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly goal-setting and track progress against key metrics.
• Support debt and equity fundraising processes, including financial models and investor updates.
• Coordinate high-priority strategic initiatives across pricing, product, and partnerships.
• Own design and delivery of performance reporting for leadership and investors.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across the business.
• Evaluate and develop new commercial and strategic partnerships.
