• Proven experience leading Platform or DevOps teams at a senior level in a fintech environment.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience defining and delivering platform strategy aligned to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Platform Engineering team, driving a culture of accountability.
• Define and execute the Platform Engineering strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own and improve platform reliability and scalability.

Skills

Leadership in Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure

Understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure-as-code
