Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Strategy Analytics Manager or Senior Manager to lead the analytics function within Operations. You will own Operations MI, KPIs and customer outcomes, while guiding a small team and delivering high-priority analyses using SQL and Python.

This role combines leadership with hands-on delivery and requires partnering with Directors across Operations and Product. You will define strategic metrics, drive workflow improvements, and support forecasting and resourcing decisions.

Qualifications

• Very strong SQL and Python required.
• Experience with APIs and data integration.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical judgement.
• Understanding of semantic data models and analytics engineering practices.
• Basic statistics, experimentation and causal measurement knowledge.
• Familiarity with Data Science, automation and LLM principles.
• dbt experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own Operations MI, KPIs and customer metrics and reporting.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and improve workflows in collaboration with Product and Transformation.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning and resourcing decisions.
• Measure impact of automation, AI initiatives and intervention outcomes.
• Translate analysis into actionable decisions and ownership in Operations.
