Job summary

Wise is seeking a strategically-minded Lead Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. You will own reporting, deepen understanding of marketing growth, and surface opportunities that matter across analytics and marketing.

You will build a scalable data engine for insights, develop automated tools (Streamlit apps, AI-automation, semantic layers) and partner with Marketing, Analytics, Product and regional teams to drive execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing analytics, data engineering or insights.
• Strong SQL and Python skills are required.
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake and modern BI tools.
• Ability to identify analytical opportunities and report on them.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics reporting and surface marketing growth drivers.
• Lead automation of insights and tooling (Lightdash/Streamlit).
• Identify opportunities within Marketing Financials and drive execution.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Analytics and Regional teams.
