Job summary

Forbes Advisor seeks a Business Analytics Manager to turn complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Lead a small Analysts team, partner with General Managers and commercial teams, and drive profitability through rigorous data analysis.

You will translate business questions into analytical requirements, work with Analytics, BI, Engineering and Data Science teams, and help develop reusable analytics products and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics or performance analytics, including mentoring Analysts.
• Strong commercial understanding with ability to analyse revenue, profitability and key drivers.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and translating complex questions into analytical requirements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted analytics partner to General Managers and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and explainability with Finance, Revenue Operations and Data Engineering.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and develop scalable reporting and insight products.
• Lead and develop a small team of Analysts aligned to different business verticals.
