YouLend is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to own the central view of company performance, monitor KPIs, and identify strategic opportunities to boost growth, profitability, and efficiency.

We expect curiosity, a bias to action, and the ability to turn insights into decisions. You will mentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytics role.
• Cross-functional stakeholder alignment to drive KPI definitions and central monitoring.
• Track record of identifying strategic opportunities and shaping the business narrative.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to build central company-level monitoring.
• Define and monitor KPIs to identify performance shifts.
• Lead strategic deep-dives to find opportunities to improve YouLend.
• Translate insights into actionable plans and align senior stakeholders.
• Raise analytical standards across the company (testing, dashboards, documentation, storytelling).
