Job summary

Wise seeks a Senior Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for Online Platforms. You will own growth and performance across the vertical, shaping strategy with data-driven insights and building a high-performing analytics team from day one.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, operations, and commercial leaders to shape roadmaps, drive cross-functional action and scale analytics foundations for rapid growth in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced product analytics leader with a track record of scaling teams.
• Experience in high-growth B2B tech and collaboration with product and enterprise sales.
• Fintech/payments experience or strong interest.
• Commercially minded with forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Proficient in SQL and data pipeline tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python and Lightdash.
• Expert in crafting dashboards and data storytelling.
• Excellent communicator and able to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the vertical’s growth and performance end-to-end with KPI definitions.
• Lead product discovery, market sizing and prioritisation for initiatives.
• Build and scale a high-performing product analytics function.
• Lead, coach and develop analysts from day one.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
