Job summary

Invitise Ltd seeks a Workforce Manager for a public sector client in Wiltshire. This hybrid, initial 6-month contract offers up to £620 per day Inside IR35 (Umbrella). You will own the Strategic Workforce Plan, build forecasts and lead analytics to advise Executive-level stakeholders.

Attendance at the Wiltshire office is expected around 3 days per week. Experience in workforce operating models and Power BI is advantageous, with SC clearance eligible.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Strategic Workforce Planning in large organisations.
• Building workforce supply/demand models and forecasts.
• People analytics, dashboard development and trend analysis.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own development, maintenance and annual publication of the organisation's Strategic Workforce Plan.
• Build supply and demand forecasts and run scenario planning.
• Lead people analytics to turn data into evidence-based recommendations; present to Executives.
