Job summary

Invitise Ltd is seeking a Workforce Manager for a public sector client in Wiltshire. The role is hybrid, on a 6-month contract, paying up to £620 per day inside IR35 (Umbrella). Attendance at the office is expected around 3 days per week.

You will own the Strategic Workforce Plan, develop supply and demand models, run scenario planning and lead people analytics. You will present evidence-based recommendations to executive stakeholders and drive governance forums.

Qualifications

• Leading strategic workforce planning in a complex organisation.
• Building workforce supply and demand models and forecasts.
• People analytics, workforce insight, dashboard development and trend analysis.
• Workforce capability assessment and workforce risk analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, macros).
• Multiple variable, regression, factor and thematic analysis.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with ability to shape workforce data.
• Experience implementing workforce operating models or transformation programmes; Power BI is beneficial.
