Job summary

Reed is recruiting for a Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics Lead for a public sector organisation in Salisbury. The role is a 6-month contract with hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days home) and a daily rate up to £620 via Umbrella (inside IR35).

You will lead the development of workforce strategies, forecasting models and analytics capabilities to support senior decision-making. The successful candidate will hold SC clearance, be a sole British citizen, and bring extensive

Qualifications

Significant experience leading Strategic Workforce Planning within a large, complex organisation.
Proven experience developing workforce strategies, supply and demand models and workforce forecasts.
Strong people analytics capability with experience in dashboard development, workforce insight and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of strategic workforce plans.
Develop workforce supply and demand forecasts.
Conduct workforce capability assessments and workforce risk analysis.
Deliver workforce modelling and scenario planning activities.
Provide workforce planning recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
Support workforce investment and prioritisation decisions.
Lead people analytics and workforce insight activities.
Produce workforce dashboards, reports and analytical products.
Deliver forecasting, trend analysis and workforce research.
