Invitise Ltd in Wiltshire is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to own the development, maintenance and annual publication of the organisation's Strategic Workforce Plan. You will build supply and demand forecasts, run scenario planning and workforce modelling, and lead the people analytics capability turning data into evidence-based recommendations.
You'll coordinate workforce governance forums, present recommendations to Executive-level stakeholders, and collaborate with senior leaders.
We're looking for a Workforce Planning Manager for a public sector organisation, based in Wiltshire (hybrid), on an initial 6-month contract, paying up to GBP620 per day (Inside IR35, Umbrella).
There's an expectation to attend the office in Wiltshire around 3 days a week.

You'll also need strong governance, stakeholder management and facilitation skills, along with the ability to shape workforce data into practical interventions and present findings to senior leaders.
Experience implementing workforce operating models or transformation programmes would be beneficial, as would Power BI.
You'll need to hold or be eligible to obtain SC clearance.
