Job summary

Clinical Partners is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to shape how we plan, forecast and deliver services. You will ensure the right workforce capacity and resources to meet current and future demand, reporting to the Head of Operational Delivery & Projects in a highly visible role.

You'll translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence strategy, balance competing priorities and drive sustainable growth, with a hybrid London-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, forecasting and analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL; data visualisation tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Healthcare or NHS environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve workforce, demand and capacity planning models.
• Develop integrated forecasting models covering clinician availability and contract delivery.
• Deliver forecasts relating to: workforce and clinician resourcing, operational capacity, revenue performance, contract delivery, resource utilisation.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to ensure planning assumptions reflect business realities.
• Anticipate risks and provide proactive solutions.
• Lead scenario planning for budgeting and strategic initiatives.
• Present clear recommendations to senior leaders.
