At Clinical Partners, we're experiencing significant growth and are looking for a talented Strategic Planning Analyst to help shape how we plan, forecast and deliver our services.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Delivery & Projects, you'll play a critical role in ensuring we have the right workforce capacity, operational resources and delivery plans in place to meet demand both now and in the future.
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. You'll combine analytical expertise with strategic and commercial thinking to forecast demand, optimise workforce capacity, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that directly influence organisational strategy.

We're looking for someone who can interpret data in context, understand the wider operational and commercial implications of their analysis, and translate insights into recommendations that support decision-making across the business. You'll be comfortable working with complex data, but equally confident influencing stakeholders, challenging assumptions and helping leaders make informed decisions.
