Job summary

Foundation Partners seeks an experienced strategist to support Clinician Supply & Operations, leading high-impact initiatives and turning data into actionable plans. You will partner with senior leaders across functions to deliver on strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.

The role involves managing data analysts, building dashboards and driving continuous improvement in efficiency, scalability and quality across the function. This is a fixed-term maternity cover based in London.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy, operations, consulting or similar analytical roles.
• Strong problem-solving with ability to structure complex issues and solutions.
• Advanced analytics skills with large datasets and actionable insight.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of operational/financial impacts.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Experience partnering with Product, Tech and Data teams.
• Experience in fast-growing, regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Clinician Supply & Operations strategy.
• Lead strategic projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Analyze operational performance across clinician supply and workforce ops.
• Develop business cases, recommendations and action plans.
• Support planning, forecasting, goal-setting and executive reporting.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for operational health.
• Investigate risks using data and stakeholder input to identify causes and actions.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, scalability and quality.
• Prepare board/leadership materials with robust analysis and clear recommendations.
• Track benefits realisation and measure impact of initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to translate data into actionable plans.
• Manage Data Analysts in Workforce Planning to lift data capabilities.
