Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd represents an Ecommerce Fulfilment Centre in the UK & Scotland, seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive improvements.

You will focus on processes, staff productivity, stock accuracy and the use of technology, while ensuring health and safety compliance, housekeeping and excellent service to customers, including international shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Focus on achieving SLA targets and compliant processes.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations with emphasis on processes and staff productivity.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and health & safety requirements, including risk assessments.
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination with bookkeeper, and time-off processes.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections, including international shipments via courier networks.
• Maintain stock accuracy and optimize stock to maximise sales.
• Drive housekeeping standards and identify efficiency savings through technology.
• Lead and collaborate with operational Supervisors and the management team.
