Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an experienced warehouse operations leader to drive performance across our UK warehousing network. You will work with site leadership, projects, and senior stakeholders to deliver excellence, support customer implementations, and push continuous improvement.

You will act as the operational expert, sharing best practices, developing leaders, and ensuring safety, service, quality and productivity remain high across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading warehouse operations teams across multiple sites.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve operational challenges.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and Lean/CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to UK sites to achieve operational objectives.
• Lead and coach site managers, supervisors, and teams for high performance.
• Support customer implementations, go-lives, and stabilisation activities.
• Drive productivity, service quality, and inventory accuracy improvements.
• Embed standards and best practices from day one across the network.
• Lead transformation projects including warehouse redesigns and automation.
