Job summary

INDLOG in the UK & Scotland seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency and maximise stock accuracy across the fulfilment centre in East Kilbride.

You will manage staff performance, payroll coordination, safety compliance, and collaborate with commercial and IT teams to support onboarding of new clients and improve peak planning and courier cut-off capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management and daily operations.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Forklift licence and ability to liaise with compliance teams.
• Experience with onboarding and managing a warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to maximise efficiency.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination with the bookkeeper/finance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and incident prevention.
• Collaborate with management on client onboarding and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and peak planning to extend courier cut-off capacity.
