Job summary

Optima Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager based in Esher to lead our warehouse and logistics operation. You will manage inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, budgets, and health & safety compliance while driving continuous improvement.

You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time, compliant, cost-effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics management.
• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Budgeting and performance management experience.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage and dispatch.
• Lead and develop warehouse team to meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and compliance with customs.
• Prepare budgets and manage department expenditures.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and stock accuracy.
• Produce management information and reports.
